Maersk Sealand Container Ship

Made from 2 standard models, redesigned to be about 1 1/2 times as wide and longer.  Stanadard 20″ container as a 4×8 block by 4 high with a standard top and bottom.  Containers both before and aft of the cabin tower.

CityLine Container Ship

Standard CityLine ship remade for my standard 4×8 containers

Oil Tanker

This vessel is a cross between a regular taker wi the deck covered in pipes and a LNG tanker with a huge semisphere tank

Bulk Coal Carrier

Vancouver is a big exporter of metalurgical coal (as opposed to coal for making electricty).  There is a huge coal termial quite  near my home that I walk by regularly.  This particular model does not have a hull simply because shipping one was more expensive that I was willing to pay.  The lack of hull isn;t that noticable in the larger context.

Research Vessel

standard model

Bulk Grain Ship

Used for transporting grain like wheat.  Vancouver is a big exporter of grain.  There is a big grain terminal near my home that I walk by regularly.  almost side by side to the coal terminal.

Bulk Log Ship

For some strange reason we export raw logs without any value add.  THis is in a time when saw mills are closing.  I agree strongly with exporting lumber and other finished wood products but not raw logs and certainnly nothing from old growth forests.

Small Boats

A RIB, a small speed boat and a wind surfer.

Harbour

Or for my American friends – Harbor.

2. Oil Terminal with ground storage, tanker truck and a variety or tanker train cars.

3. Grain terminal with 4 silos, railway spur for grain cars and grain loading conveyor belt.

4. Coal terminal with rail spur and overhead scoop crain.
